Best Workouts to do When You Don't Want to Workout!

Everyone gets lazy and doesn't want to workout sometimes! In these moments, we argue with our inner self about getting healthy or letting your laziness win! I have the perfect happy medium of working out that doesn't even require you move from the couch! 

One perfect lazy workout that builds muscle is to lay with your legs over the back of the couch! You then lift one leg at a time until your leg is parallel to the floor! You will do 3 sets of 20 on each leg! This builds the little muscle right above the knee that often is weak after knee surgery! 

Another perfect lazy workout is using your couch to do lunges! Put one foot on the couch and take two steps forward. Do these lunges in between commercials or while you are cooking dinner! Try to do 3 sets of 15 on each leg! 

Another workout is to sit upright on your couch, slowly lean back and have your feet lift at the same time! Hold this position to work your abdominal muscles for 3 times for 45 seconds each! The longer you go the more you will feel it! 

Lastly, you can work your triceps by doing dips using your couch. Put your hands on the couch and and put your legs straight out. Lift and lower using your triceps. Do 3 sets of 20!
