Buccal Fat Pad Removal (Cheeks)
Buccal Fat Pad Removal is used to remove fat from the lower cheeks to create a sculpted and contoured look giving you more definition to your face. Dr. Dugar uses a special technique to obtain a chiseled facial structure using only local anesthesia. A small tiny incision is made on the inside of the cheeks, through which the fat pads are dissected out. The key to success with this procedure is to remove most (BUT not all) of the fat so you get good definition without the hollowed scary look. There is minimal to no pain after the procedure. Results are noticeable immediately but final molding continues for up to 1 year.
