- Here you will enter some basic information about yourself, select your desired date/time, and pay your $300 consultation fee. The $300 consultation fee is non-refundable, but will be applied as a deposit to your future nasal surgery, should you qualify. Additionally, there are no charges for re-evaluations (secondary consults) in the future, either in-person or online.
