You are entering a lineage of craft, discipline, and preservation.

The Scarless Nose® Atelier occupies the eighth floor of the Camden Medical Arts Building at
414 N Camden Drive, Suite 801, in Beverly Hills, California, one block west of Rodeo Drive.
The facility was built around a single discipline: Closed, Scarless Rhinoplasty performed by Dr.
Deepak Dugar.

A Fully Accredited, State-Licensed Surgery Center

Every Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty performed at the Beverly Hills Rhinoplasty Center takes
place in our private, fully accredited, state-licensed outpatient surgery center. Our facility holds
Medicare and Medicaid certification, the highest level of certification a surgical facility in
California can carry. The operating room is staffed by board-certified MD anesthesiologists
whom Dr. Dugar has trusted for decades, by highly specialized rhinoplasty nurses, and by
surgical technologists among the most experienced in the country in endonasal closed, scarless
rhinoplasty

THE STANDARDS BEHIND THE CERTIFICATION

In California, outpatient surgical facilities operate under a tiered system of oversight. Where a
facility sits within that hierarchy is not a marketing distinction. It determines the standard of
inspection, the rigor of staffing requirements, the equipment that must be present, and the
emergency protocols that must be in place every day.

At the foundation of the system are office-based surgical suites. These operate under the
lightest regulation, and many cosmetic procedures performed across Beverly Hills take place in
office settings that meet only the minimum legal requirements for the work being offered.
A step above are privately accredited facilities, reviewed by organizations such as AAAASF
(American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities) or AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care). This is the most common credential
for cosmetic surgery centers.

Higher still are facilities licensed directly by the California Department of Public Health as
ambulatory surgical centers.

At the top of the hierarchy is Medicare and Medicaid certification, issued by the federal
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. To earn this designation, a surgery center must
demonstrate sustained compliance with the federal Conditions for Coverage governing
ambulatory surgical centers: the most rigorous standards in the country for sterilization,
anesthesia administration, infection control, emergency preparedness, staff credentialing,
recordkeeping, and surgical outcomes. Recertification is ongoing, and inspection is
unannounced.

The Beverly Hills Rhinoplasty Center holds this top-tier designation. Most rhinoplasty
surgeons, by contrast, operate inside office-based suites that meet far lower standards. Others,
whose office facilities cannot support general anesthesia at this level, are required to perform
their cases inside hospital operating rooms, where the team, the equipment, and the
surrounding environment change with every case.

We do not hold this certification because we are required to. We hold it because it is the
standard at which we have chosen to practice every day. It is the level of care extended to
members of the Royal Family who have entrusted their rhinoplasty to Dr. Dugar, and it is the
level of care every patient at the atelier receives.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR PATIENTS

  • Surgery is performed under board-certified MD anesthesiologists with specialized
training in adult and pediatric anesthesia for rhinoplasty, inside an operating room
designed and equipped exclusively for nasal surgery.
  • Recovery occurs in a private, on-floor recovery suite, with concierge rhinoplasty recovery
nurses who attend to every need after surgery and guide each patient through postoperative instructions.
  • Every aspect of operation, from sterilization to staffing to emergency preparedness, is
governed by the federal Conditions for Coverage tied to our Medicare and Medicaid
certifications, the most demanding standard a surgical facility in California can hold.
  • We hold this level of certification to deliver the world's highest standard of care to every
patient, including members of the Royal Family who have chosen the atelier for their
rhinoplasty, and we carry that same standard into every case we accept.

Designed for Privacy, Designed for Focus

The Camden Medical Arts Building is one of the most discreet medical addresses in Beverly
Hills. Its eighth-floor location, private elevator banks, and limited tenant directory create a
level of privacy that public-facing surgical centers cannot replicate. For high-profile patients
and visiting patients alike, privacy is not an amenity. It is part of the standard.

Inside the atelier, the design language is intentionally quiet. Walnut, brass, and natural light
replace the clinical sterility most patients expect. The waiting room holds a small number of
seats by design; the practice is intentionally limited, and the space reflects that.

For Patients Traveling to Beverly Hills

More than half of the patients cared for here travel from outside Los Angeles. The atelier
supports out-of-town patients with the following arrangements:

  • Concierge coordination of consultation and surgical scheduling within a single visit when
    possible.
  • Curated hotel recommendations within walking distance of the facility, including The
Maybourne, The Peninsula, The Waldorf Astoria, and The Beverly Wilshire.
  • Pre-operative virtual consultations for international and out-of-state patients, conducted
    personally by Dr. Dugar.
  • Post-operative follow-up by telemedicine after the first in-person visit, where clinically
    appropriate.

Honesty in Assessment

I tell patients regularly: your nose looks great with your face, don’t touch it. This can sound surprising
from a nose surgeon, but I practice with integrity over volume. Not every patient is a candidate. Of
those who are, not all qualify for Scarless Nose® surgery; some severe revisions and reconstructive cases
require an open approach, and I refer those patients accordingly. If you are accepted as a Scarless
Nose® patient, it is because I am confident in the result.
