Is it possible to get a closed revision rhinoplasty?
Here at Scarless Nose™, world-renowned rhinoplasty surgeon, Dr. Deepak Dugar, has dedicated his entire practice specifically to the art of closed rhinoplasties. As opposed to open rhinoplasties, all of the incisions in a closed rhinoplasty are made inside of the nose, allowing you to be free of any external scarring. Dr. Dugar has mastered this closed rhinoplasty technique and has become the best closed rhinoplasty surgeon in the world.
There are many people around the world who are interested in getting a nose job. There are also several people around the world who have undergone different procedures, such as a nose job, and are unhappy with their results, causing them to want a revision. Of all the people in the world who have gotten a nose job, roughly 20% of this large group of people end up being unhappy with their results, often for a variety of reasons. It is very important, when deciding to undergo a procedure like a nose job, to thoroughly research before following through with the procedure. At Scarless Nose™, Dr. Dugar speaks with his patients multiple times to ensure that both he and his patients are comfortable and happy with their specified surgery plan. Dr. Dugar works diligently to ensure he is covering each of his patient’s wants and concerns. Dr. Dugar emphasizes that every single person has a unique and individualized structural anatomy. Through his conservative approach to rhinoplasty, Dr. Dugar maintains and enhances this unique beauty for each of his patients.
Dr. Dugar does sometimes do closed rhinoplasty revisions if he believes that you are a good candidate. We request that our revision rhinoplasty candidates undergo a pre-consultation assessment, where you can explain your concerns about your prevision rhinoplasty procedure. Revision rhinoplasty candidates can send in pictures of their current nose for Dr. Dugar to examine. Each revision candidate is different depending on the extent and complexity of work done in any previous rhinoplasty surgery. Dr. Dugar will assess the results of your previous rhinoplasty and take your concerns into consideration to ultimately decide whether you would be a good candidate for a closed revision rhinoplasty. This pre-consultation assessment is complimentary being that not every revision patient is a good candidate for closed rhinoplasty surgery.
If you have had a previous nose job that you are unhappy with, feel free to call our office and our staff would be happy to help walk you through the pre-consultation assessment process.
