Dr. Dugar is a highly trained and very knowledgeable doctor. He really cares about his patients because he listens. There aren’t many doctors today that give this kind of service. I had lots of skin issues, but after just 3 sessions with him, my skin was glowing! He and his staff were very professional and the wait time was minimal. I would highly recommend Dr. Dugar to anyone with cosmetic issues.
