- ) Listen to Yourself
Listen to what your body is saying to you. Take the time to sit and understand what your body needs. Think about what YOU want to do with your life and what your heart/mind are telling you to do.
- ) Meditate
Allow the stillness of your breath to cleanse any negative thoughts or fears you might have. Nothing can hurt you or stop you on this path besides yourself. Meditation is one of the best ways to really make contact with your body. Understand why you are feeling a certain emotion and make peace with the way you are feeling.
- ) Health
Health is one of the main things to lead a long and happy life. Excercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are very important. Go for a run or find a workout that best suits you and start off with a simple routine not to strain yourself. When we workout we produce a chemical reaction in our body called endorphins. Endorphins are often called the “feel-good” chemical because they act as a treatment for moderate depression and anxiety. Maintaining a healthy diet is also very immportant. Instead of going out to buy random junk food make a smoothie or something with nutrients.
- ) Reflection
Reflect on everything in your life, even if it means you need to speak to someone or keep a journal. Keeping a journal is one of the best ways for me to reflect on my life even if it is through drawing or making bullet points. Through writing you can let go of so many emotions that are bottled up and pent up inside which just leaves negative energy inside of your body. Remember, your body is a temple so treat it as such. See what you can change in yourself to make your surroudnings more positive.
- ) Alone Time
Find comfort in your own presence. It helps you tap into your higher self. Learn how to become friends with yourself. If you are not happy internally you will always go searching for it in the wrong places externally.
- ) Patience and Believing
Everything will happen at a certain time for a certain reason. We all have a plan made for us. It will happen. You have to be able to believe that everything will set into place when the time is right. If you want something done speak it into the universe and work for it. In time the universe will set your path and you will receive everything you’ve spoken out to the universe.
- ) Accept that people will come and go from your life.
You cannot rely on others for your happiness or stability. Even your best friends can become the people that will leave your life in the blink of an eye. You need to be able to accept that in time the right people will float your way. The same energy we put out into the universe we will receive in return. If you put out fake and toxic energy into the universe in retrun you will have negative energy and friends. Rely on yourself for the stability and happiness you look for in others.
