During a Closed Scarless rhinoplasty, all incisions are made from the inside of the nose so there is no external cuts or scars. During an open rhinoplasty, a cut will be made at the base of the nose exposing the skeletal framework. Sometimes with an open rhinoplasty, the surgeon might leave you with undesirable results because of its aggressive technique.
