Patient 78 Description This is a 25-year-old female came in with the major concern of her dorsal hum p but overall liked her nose otherwise. Therefore via our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty approach, we shaved her dorsal hump and performed tip deprojection with feminine rotation. She also had slightly crooked nasal tip, therefore we performed refinement of the nasal tip. She also had minimally wide nasal bones therefore we performed narrowing of the nasal bones.
