This 31-year-old female felt she looked a bit more masculine because of the strength of her nose. She wanted to have a bit more delicate of a nose to match the rest of her feminine features. Through our Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we very subtly shaved her dorsal hump while preserving the natural strength to keep it as natural as possible. She also had a slightly bulbous nasal tip, so we sculpted her nasal tip slightly to create more definition. Her nasal tip was also a little over-projected, so we de-projected her nasal tip and added a very subtle upward feminine rotation.
