Patient 39 Description This is a 25-year-old male came to us with concerns of his large dorsal hump (especially visible on three quarter view) with wide nasal bones. He explained this happened from an injury where he was struck in the nose as a child. He iterated that he wanted it to look as natural as possible with no overt signs of a “ nosejob ” and didn’t want anyone to know he had anything done. He He requested no change to his tip or length of his nose. Therefore, with our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, shaved and straightened his dorsal hump to preserve his masculine profile . He also had wide nasal bones therefore we performed narrowing of the nasal bones. No change was performed to his nasal tip.
