This 42-year-old female came to us because she was very confident in how she looked but just wanted a minimally softer nose that she felt still empowered her natural ethnicity. She had other consults with other rhinoplasty surgeons who were trying to create a more Caucasian barbie nose which terrified her. She simply disliked her mildly wide nasal bones and her wide bulbous nasal tip. Through our Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique , we narrowed the nasal bones and sculpted her nasal tip to create a contoured and softer version of her nose. We did not change the side profile at all, to keep the natural strength of her profile and retain the authenticity of her natural character.
