Patient 38 Description This is a 21-year-old woman came to us with a very specific goal of having a nose she could have been born with. We cater to every patient’s desires and this patient specifically asked for a totally straight side profile, with NO curve whatsoever. She wanted it to look like her natural nose did before the trauma that caused her dorsal hump as a child. Therefore through our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique , we shaved her dorsal hump and straightened her nose . She had an under-rotated nasal tip with pull-down effect from Depressor Nasii muscle, therefore we performed tip deprojection with minimal feminine rotation. She also had bulbous and mildly undefined nasal tip complex; therefore, we performed minimal refinement of the nasal tip . She also had minimally wide nasal bones therefore we performed subtle narrowing of the nasal bones.
