Patient 29 Description This is a 20-year-old woman came to us with concerns regarding her small dorsal hump, crooked nasal bones and bulbous nasal tip. She always felt insecure about the shape and size of her nose and just wanted a more feminine appearing nose. Therefore, with our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we performed the following manuevers . For her dorsal hump, we performed our signature dorsal hump reduction. For her under-rotated nasal tip with pull-down effect from Depressor Nasii muscle, we performed tip deprojection with feminine rotation. She also had a wide , bulbous nasal tip; therefore, we performed refinement of the nasal tip with creation of anatomical triangular tip configuration . She also had wide crooked nasal bones therefore we performed narrowing and straightening of the nasal bones.
