This 19-year-old model came to us with concerns of feeling her nose was too masculine for her face. She felt the wide nasal bones and bulbous nasal tip overpowered her otherwise delicate features. She liked her nose from the side profile, but just wanted to feel more feminine with her nasal anatomy. Through our Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique , we performed complex multi level osteotomies to narrow her nasal bones and contour her nose permanently from top to bottom. We also sculpted her nasal tip to contour the nasal tip permanently. We also minimally shaved her side profile to soften her profile subtly. This patient had a slight hanging columella which she requested not be altered as she was terrified of a “miss piggy” look, so we respected her wishes and did not alter the columella.
