This 26-year-old actress had a bulbous, divergent nasal tip with a s mall dorsal hump . Her nasal tip always made her feel insecure in photos as she felt it overpowered the rest of her beautiful features. She wished to have it finessed to bring out the best of her natural features. In this case, through our Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique , we performed a delivery technique to bring her nasal tip to a more natural triangular configuration. We also subtle shaved down her dorsal hump, corrected her deviated nasal septum, narrowed slightly her nasal bones to contour the nose from top to bottom. When you look at her before photos, you don’t mean to, but the first thing you see is her nasal tip. When you look at her after photos, you don’t mean to, but the first thing you see if her eyes. This is not because she has a perfect nose, but because the nose is now in balance with the rest of her face, to allow the most beautiful features to shine – her eyes, lips and cheeks.
