Patient 3 1 Description This is a 17-year-old girl who was brought in by her mother for her desire to have a softer nose. She always felt her nose was droopy, too bulbous for her face, with a dorsal hump she disliked from her side profile, and looked crooked straight on. Therefore through our closed Scarless Nose® technique , we shaved her dorsal hump and straightened her nose . She had a n over-projected and under-rotated nasal tip with pull-down effect from Depressor Nasii muscle, therefore we performed tip deprojection with feminine rotation. She also had bulbous , rectangular, and undefined nasal tip; therefore , we performed refinement of the nasal tip with delivery technique and domal sutures for recreation of anatomical triangular tip configuration. She also had wide nasal bones therefore we performed narrowing and straightening of the nasal bones.
