Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 220247
This 30-year-old female had concerns about her dorsal hump and asymmetry of her nasal bones and tip. She felt her nose leaned to the right side of her face. She also expressed she wanted a very natural result that looked like she never had surgery. Therefore, through our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we subtly shaved her dorsal hump. She also disliked the look of her wide nasal bones and how her nose looked crooked from the front. To address this, we narrowed her nasal bones while also straightening her nose. The patient was also concerned about her bulbous nasal tip, that appears to droop down and toward the right side . To address this concern, we sculpted her nasal tip, de-projecting it slightly, and subtly lifted it as well toward the midline.
