Patient 48 Description This is a 17-year-old girl who came to us with concerns of wanting a softer version of her same nose but keeping it as natural as possible so it looks like she could have been born with it. Therefore with our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved her dorsal hump subtly to refine but not overtly scoop her profile . She had an under-rotated nasal tip with pull-down effect from Depressor Nasii muscle, therefore we performed tip deprojection with feminine rotation. She also had a bulbous nasal tip, therefore we performed refinement of the nasal tip with creation of anatomical triangular tip configuration.
