This 30-year-old female came to us wanting a softer look and a softer more gentle nose overall. She disliked her small dorsal hump and bulbous nasal tip. Therefore with our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we subtly shaved her dorsal hump and subtly sculpted and refined her nasal tip. The patient also disliked how over-projected her nasal tip looked, so we de-projected her nasal tip and added a slight feminine rotation. We also narrowed her nasal bones to achieve a more contoured look from top to bottom.
