This 15-year-old female was brought by her mother, due to the patient’s concerns regarding her bulbous nasal tip. She otherwise loved her nose and so did her mother as did I. We decided she would be an excellent candidate for a tip-plasty only, therefore, through our Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we sculpted her nasal tip creating more of a natural triangular tip configuration and more definition.
