Patient 73 Description This is a 4 5 year-old woman came to us with concerns of the side of her nose and the general shape. She wanted a softer version of the same nose without significant change to her nasal anatomy. Therefore with our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique , we shaved her dorsal hump. She had an under-rotated nasal tip with pull-down effect from Depressor Nasii muscle, therefore we performed tip deprojection with feminine rotation. She also had a minimal bulbous nasal tip , therefore we performed refinement of the nasal tip. She also had wide nasal bones therefore we performed minimal narrowing of the nasal bones.
