Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 133484
This is a 45-year-old woman who came to us with concerns about the side of her nose and the general shape. She wanted a softer version of the same nose without significant change to her nasal anatomy. Therefore with our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved her dorsal hump. She had an under-rotated nasal tip with a pull-down effect from the Depressor Nasii muscle, therefore we performed tip deprojection with feminine rotation. She also had a minimal bulbous nasal tip, therefore we performed refinement of the nasal tip. She also had wide nasal bones therefore we performed minimal narrowing of the nasal bones.
