Patient 33 Description This is a 25-year-old model who had a small dorsal hump that bothered her in photos always . Therefore through our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved her dorsal hump. She had an under-rotated nasal tip with pull-down effect from Depressor Nasii muscle, therefore we performed tip deprojection with feminine rotation. She also had crooked, undefined nasal tip with asymmetry of nostrils, therefore we performed refinement of the nasal tip with creation of anatomical triangular tip configuration with nostril symmetry. She also had mildly wide nasal bones; therefore , we performed minimal narrowing of the nasal bones.
