This 19-year-old female came with concerns about her dorsal hump however she didn’t want a ski-slope nosejob. She desired something subtle where it could look like a natural nose that never had surgery, but just didn’t have the dorsal hump. Therefore through our Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved her dorsal hump and narrowed her nasal bones slightly. The patient also disliked her bulbous nasal tip which drooped slightly. To address this, we sculpted her nasal tip, de-projected it, and lifted it slightly.
