This 32-year-old female had a small dorsal hump and an over projected droopy nose. She felt on the ¾ view especially, her nose always looked so long and droopy. She was a very confident beautiful female getting married soon and simply wanted her nose that matched how pretty she feels she is. Through our Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique , we shaved her dorsal hump and also de-projected her nasal tip with slight rotation. In addition we fixed her deviated septum to give her the best breathing for the rest of her life.
