This 45-year old female was concerned about her large dorsal hump and very droopy, bulbous nasal tip. Here we showcase her only 1 week results the day her cast came off. With our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved her dorsal hump and lifted her nasal tip to eliminate the droopy and pulled-down look of her natural nose. The patient also felt that her nasal tip was too bulbous, so we sculpted her nasal tip. This was all done closed scarless and will heal and swelling will subside rapidly but after 1 week patient is already ready to fly home.
